What this place is
Life Echoed is a coordination platform. It is a place to name what you want to see happen, find the people who want it too, and move it toward real action. It is not a social network, not a marketplace, and not a publisher. It is a space for honest thought and coordinated doing.
Your account
One person, one account. You sign in with Google. You choose a screen name, which is your only public face. Your real identity stays private. You may change your screen name once every 30 days.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
What you can do here
Share ideas. Anyone with an account can share an idea. Ideas are not ranked away and not deleted by the system. Growth comes from people gathering, not from editorial selection.
Discuss and react. You can comment on ideas, react to responses, and back a direction you believe in. Every person gets one voice per item: one reaction per response, one backing per question.
Commit (when live). When the commitment layer launches, you will be able to commit money, goods, services, or skills to a direction. Every commitment carries at least a dollar as proof of realness. Commitment requires identity verification, handled privately. Speaking never does.
What you agree to
- Use one account. Do not create multiple accounts to amplify your voice or circumvent limits.
- Contribute honestly. Do not post content you know to be false with the intent to mislead.
- Respect others. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse. Disagreement is welcome; cruelty is not.
- Do not attempt to identify other users. The pseudonymous model exists for safety. Working to unmask someone violates the trust this place depends on.
- Do not automate interactions (bots, scripts, bulk accounts) unless explicitly authorized.
Content and ownership
Ideas, responses, and comments you post remain yours. By posting, you grant Life Echoed a license to display them on the platform and in share cards. We will not sell your content or use it for purposes outside the platform.
We may remove content that violates these terms after review. If content is flagged and removed, the action is logged in the internal audit trail.
Money never touches the platform
Life Echoed does not hold, process, or store funds. When the financial commitment layer launches, all money will be held by an independent outside custodian. Identity verification at the money boundary is carried by the custodian or a third-party verification provider, not by Life Echoed. We are a coordination utility, not a financial service.
Privacy
Your privacy is protected by design, not just by policy. Authorship is stored internally (for the one-human-one-voice guarantee and audit) but is never rendered on any public surface. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Moderation and enforcement
Anyone can flag content or behavior. Flags are reviewed. If you violate these terms, your account may be suspended or removed. We aim to be fair and transparent: moderation actions are logged, and we will tell you why if your content is removed.
Availability and changes
Life Echoed is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is under active development: features will be added, and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.
Limitation of liability
Life Echoed coordinates. It does not guarantee outcomes, endorse ideas, vet commitments, or oversee action. We are not liable for what people do with the coordination this platform provides. When money moves (through the custodian, in the future), the custodian carries the financial and regulatory responsibility, not Life Echoed.
